Krishak Bharati Cooperative Ltd. (KRIBHCO) is a Multi-state Cooperative Society incorporated on 17th April 1980 and is presently registered as a fertilizer production cooperative.

The Fertilizer Plant, located at Hazira (Surat) consists of production capacity of two streams of Ammonia and four streams of Urea. After revamp, production capacity of Urea Plant is 22.10 lakh MT and Ammonia Plant is 13.20 lakh MT per annum during 2013-14. The net worth is Rs.3183.41 crores as on March 31st, 2014.

“Junior Accounts Assistant Grade-I”

Qualification Full Time Regular course of B.Com as well as M.Com  
Minimum 60 % marks in B.Com and M.Com
Age Limit Not more than 27 years as on 31st July, 2015
Junior Accounts Assistant Grade-I will be required to serve a period of six months as probationer and shall be confirmed as a regular employee only after successful completion of probation period

Junior Accounts Assistant Grade-I shall be recruited in “L1” grade in the pay scale of Rs.12,100 – 20,600/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.12,100/- per month plus usual allowances

CTC - Around Rs.4.67 lacs + *HRA/ accommodation

*Depending upon the type of city HRA shall vary as below 
Mumbai 30% of Basic Pay
Raipur, Indore, Patna, Kanpur 20% of Basic Pay
Akola, Raichur, Sehore, Bulandshahar 10% of Basic Pay

  • Medical Leave: 10 Full-pay or 20 Half-pay (credited after completion of one year)
  • Earned Leave: on pro-rata basis @33/year
  • Casual Leave: on pro-rata basis @14/year
Job Profile

The Society has introduced SAP ERP w.e.f. April 2012. The selected candidates should be able to work in ERP environment for which suitable training will be provided.

The job responsibilities include:   

  • Passing bills,
  • Accounting of sales, fixed assets, expenses, receipts
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts
  • Preparation of monthly accounts, review thereof
  • Preparation of accounts and schedules for Statutory Audit, tax Audit
  • Compliance of Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax, excise Duty- deposit of tax and filing returns
  • Preparation of periodical management information reports
  • Financial concurrence of proposals
  • Revenue and capital budget preparation 
  • Preparation of financial inputs for working out feasibility and profitability of new projects
  • Other functions related to accounts
The job responsibilities can be changed from time to time as per the requirements of the organization to get exposure in all areas of F&A discipline.
Place of Posting
The selected candidate must be prepared for relocation to any of the locations of KRIBHCO (PAN India) as per the requirements of organization.
